The Mini Kelly II is Hermès' reissue of the original Mini Kelly, discontinued in the late 2000s and reintroduced in 2017 in the current 20cm format. It is the smallest functional crossbody in the Kelly hierarchy. Sellier construction in this size sits in a more restricted allocation tier than Retourné, with boutique access operating on a relationship basis rather than open purchase.

Gold is Hermès' warm tan-camel, a foundation tone in the Kelly program produced consistently across leathers. On Epsom, the fine cross-hatch embossing carries the color cleanly across panels without grain distortion. Palladium hardware reads cool silver-tone against the warm body, the temperature contrast that defines the Gold and Palladium pairing.
